I like but...

I really like my slipcover and shell-I got the aqua blue shell with pink slipcover-however, I've noticed that when I put my phone in my jeans pocket, the dye is rubbing on the pink slipcover and turning it blue. I'm not sure why, because my jeans are not new and have been washed many times. Otherwise, I love the case and the two colors I've chosen.
Pros: Durable
Cons: attracts color from jeans

Not Overly Impressed...

If you want adequate protection with proper fit, DO NOT buy this case. It has good "pocket" protection however the silicon sleeve is loose at the top and the hard case doesn't sit properly. Multiple gaps where dust/crud can hide. Very disappointed I bought this case, should have went with the Symmetry Series instead.
Cons: poor fit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect....except

This phone case was everything i wanted, except it does not fit right. on the top my case seems as if it is too big for my phone and it looks kind of funny. I've had otter boxes before but this one I'm just iffy on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well, we certainly do like to make a secure case, but you shouldn't have to feel like you’re breaking into Fort Knox just to access the wallet function of your new OtterBox! We are sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with the sliding mechanism, but fear not, as this should loosen up with a couple of weeks of use. Not loving it

I'm completely regretting my purchase. Its not a bad case but it is definitely NOT worth the money I paid. When I received the product the screen protector is not wide enough to cover the whole screen no matter what I tried. When I put the case on it does not fit properly at all. There are gaps all the way around the phone from the plastic to the rubber. I'm not happy at all.

If there’s one thing we don’t like here at OtterBox, it’s regrets. And if there’s another thing we don’t like, it’s an ill-fitting Commuter case! We’re sorry to see that you’re having to deal with these things, but our super Otter tailors are ready to size up the situation and save the day! As far as the screen protector not covering the entire screen, that is actually intentional. The design is just slightly smaller than the screen in order to accommodate the user with installation. If the protector were exactly the same size as the screen and the installation was not exact, it could create some issues with the protector hanging over one side slightly which could cause a variety of problems. As it is currently, the silicone slip cover extents over the screen protector so that you phone's screen is not exposed.
The gaps that you are seeing between the slip cover and the shell are generally able to be resolved with a few more attempts at the installation, as they must be seated just right to have a nice, smooth fit.

I had an OtterBox for my iPhone 4 for 3 years. I can't tell you how many times I dropped that phone on all sorts of surfaces, and it never once cracked or broke. When I recently upgraded to an iPhone 6, I ordered a new Otterbox in custom colors before purchasing my phone -- I will never use it for even a day without the Otterbox!
