I like the otter box products but I wish the clips were as durable as the case itself. I had to purchase this holster replacement because the original one snapped in half during regular use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For iPhone 6s: Mom loves the bright colors and we paid extra to be able to choose two different bright colors, but the case does NOT allow for fingerprint use for password and you cannot drag the quick options screen up from the bottom. I never considered that would be a problem as I have the same case for an iPhone 6s+. While I won't say I hate this case, we are VERY disappointed in it and I will not recommend it to anyone who has this phone.

I don't like it because it doesn't fit my phone and doesn't have a top cover like my other otter box had. It is cheaply made and not what was advertised! It didn't have a return slip with it or you would already have it back.

The product you have is just the rubber slipcover and is missing the inner plastic shell that encloses the phone itself, and also comes with a built-in screen protector. turns out not to be the complete cover. and that part alone is the same price as the whole thing in the store. not cool

Phone falls out of holster. Holster falls off waist. Holster would be better if it was horizontal instead of vertical. It comes down too far especially when I’m sitting sometimes causing it to snap off.

We apologize that it isn't working well for you - normally, the belt clip has the ability to pivot to either a vertical or horizontal orientation, but it sounds like yours might be a little stuck in one direction.
