Great quality BUT the "red" slip cover looks pink

I bought this and it just came in today. Pleased with quality but it is supposed to be red. Not pink. I'm displeased with the misleading color.

Actually I wasn't all that thrilled with my otterbox. It was, for me, expensive and, honestly, not worth the price. It was heavy and clunky and rather difficult to put on and then take off. Sheesh. Also, the colors appeared different than they did online. Wish I hadn't opened the package so I could return it. Sigh.

Not what I expected

My perception of the OtterBox reputation and quality definitely diminished with this purchase. This 2 part phone case does not fit together as it should i.e. gaps between the pieces especially in the corners and loose around the edges. The outer shell is very flimsy, cheap plastic and also VERY slippery, which is exactly what I was trying to get away from by opting for an OtterBox case. I did not apply the screen protector because I use a glass version but it seems very flimsy as well.

I have owned several otters. The holster has broken on every one.

Pretty bummed

This I should my third one and I've never had any problems. I've had the one I'm using now about 4 months and the plastic ended up breaking. It's a lot of money to spend to have it break so soon.

We’re sorry that this Defender case broke after about 4 months use. This is a bummer but thankfully all is not lost as we can easily replace your damaged case through our warranty.
Simply give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we will be more than happy to get a warranty replacement lined up in practically no time at all!
This is the second replacement shell I have had to buy in the past year. It always splits on the left side near the top. That being said, I have dropped my phone several times and tangos case protected my phone well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I bought my original defender case and holster, the holster clip rotated.I've broke two of them, so rather than buy a whole new set, I ordered the replacement holster. The clip on this is stationary and does not move. Getting the phone out is extremely awkward, the release tab is at the back, and if your sitting down, you can't get the phone out. Hopefully it will be easier as I break it in. Next time I will spend $50 to get the entire package

This is my 4th or 5th clip and everyone has broke the same way, by catching on my work desk or seat belt. I like the clip because of the ease of answering the phone from the clip. This is not possible with other phone holders.
