I have used an Otterbox for the past 3 years. I have dropped my phone out the window of a moving car and the screen never even cracked. When I have taken my phone out of the case, it is still like new.

Great but cracked

I love my otterbox, but i was attempting to remove the case from my IPhone 6s,and the outer shell cracked in half, three months after purchasing the case.Overall I like the case but the crack bothers me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yeah, we can certainly understand how a broken shell would be a bit bothersome, to say the least.

I drop things. Not on soft surfaces like carpets. On hard surfaces like blacktop driveways. My previous iPhones had little scrapes and scuffs here and there. When I bought my new phone, I swore I wasn't going to let that happen. My OtterBox gives my phone more than enough protection, and yet it doesn't look like I've locked it in a safe. The box itself is very attractive. You'd think that IT was the phone.

Best Purchase Ever!

I bought this case 4 years ago, dropped it several billion times, and it still made it. Not one thing, even the case, ever got one scratch laid on it. Once, I was crossing a street, dropped my phone, and a car ran over it. UNBELIEVABLY, there was not one scratch on my phone, or even the case.

I purchased this OtterBox for my son I had one on my iPhone 4s for a very long time without as much as a scratch on my iPhone 4s when I removed it from the OtterBox case another "Defender" it looked brand new. I just upgraded to an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB and before the phone even ever came in I ordered a new OtterBox Defender for it I really like the new style pocket/belt clips, I will always keep all my phones in OtterBox cases I trust them and I depend on them to protect my phones and now I convinced my son he LOVES the rear phone clip when I showed him how the clip locks to make a stand he loves to lock it and turn it sideways so he can watch videos while he is either cooking or cleaning in the kitchen.
