This product is great, I have dropped my phone in it so many times, and, thanks to this case, my phone has still not suffered a crack or scratch. However, when at one of my friends houses, another friend put my phone in the fridge. After a while, I realized it was missing, and I got it back. Trying to see if my phone was still okay, I tried to take the case off, where it broke. Other that it breaking, this has been an amazing product.
Pros: High quality, extremely protective
Cons: can break after put in fridge
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the case protects phone but I just my fingerprint and bed side it have a scratch on it sometimes my fingerprint doesn't work.

BROKEN IPHONE

I bought the commuter series for the style and protection but immediately was unhappy with it. The silicon doesn't properly fit with the plastic so there are awkward gaps in-between the two components. I had the case for about 8 months then one day it got kicked with a soccer ball while in my pocket. The kick detached the screen from the rest of the phone, even though I had the otter box on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re sorry to hear that your iPhone had a collision with a soccer ball! Guessing that kept the other team from scoring a goal, right? Obviously, a drag nonetheless. Though we do extensive testing to make sure that we’re offering the most protective cases on the market, there are some scenarios that we just can’t account for. Our warranty won’t be able to extend to your phone, but we would be more than happy to offer you a replacement OtterBox. This case ended up being exactly what I wanted. My husband and I got Otterbox cases for a christmas gift but they were both just basic black and I wanted a way to tell our phones apart. I went to a few stores looking for Otterbox cases in purple only to find nothing but pink..Pink everything. Well I hate the color pink and I never understood why companies think woman only like the color pink. So after some frustration I decided to check Otterbox's website and was pleasantly surprised that I could order a slipcover in my beloved purple.
