Very disappointed!

I have the I phone 6 commuter series and was shocked that it cracked (and a very large one) ! I thought it had drop protection? It fell out of my pocket and cracked on the side where the camera is. The defender series is way too bulky and I expected this to be made better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So I've had my Iphone Six for less than two weeks and this Otterbox around the same amount of time. I'm careful with my devices, but i'm human. So today I dropped it for the first time, and this case protected nothing. My front screen is completely shattered as you can see from the images. There are also spots that are nontouch responsive now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While our warranty does not extend to the electronic devices placed inside the OtterBox, we would very much like to send you a new case. I bought this case for my work issued Apple iPhone 6. I always have liked the Otter Box Defenders Series as it really protects my phone from drops. However, this one, the plastic that covers the "Home" button is flimsy and cheap looking. I couldn't really tell if the plastic covering was supposed to be permanent or temporary. Otter Box need to re-do this part.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this one for toughness and to keep the dust out but it does not keep dust or debris out. Threw the otter box away and bought a life proof box! Way better and actually keeps my phone protected! To bad I had to pay twice!

I got this case for my IPhone 6s I preorder that will hopefully be here Friday! I love the case, I order a gold phone so the red will go nicely with it. The color isn't as bright as the picture but that all good with me. Can't wait till my phone comes in and I can use the case. Way to go OtterBox.

The product is great but I must tell you the clip is another story. I've had an Otter Box for my I phone 5s. Being in construction the otter box is perfect. Putting the phone in and out of the clip it broke. Not just once but Three times.your Tec. Dept. we're nice enough to send a few replacement. Recently I now have an I-phone and purchased an Otter Box for it I just hope the same problem doesn't happen again.

The Defender encloses the phone, and then the belt clip is designed to latch onto either side of the case itself.
