Since I bought this defender series I have had to replace the screen protector and now the holster. Not as tough as I had hoped it would be. I maybe could have asked for them to be replaced under warranty, but by the time I paid shipping and... It probably would have coast about the same.

This is my fourth ... Great product , and serves the purpose - however I wish that the engineers would do something about the clip system ! Breaks when I sit down .

I was so excited that I could just get a slipcover to replace my old one since I had worn mine out and did not want to have to purchase a whole new Defender. The only sad thing is that the color was much lighter in real life than what was displayed, but I can get over that! :)
My years-old Defender on my 6SE phone has provided safety for my phone thru thick & thin, and taken quite a bit of abuse along the way. The screen protector had abraded to the point I could hardly see thru it. So I ordered a new 6/6R defender, only to discover, upon receipt, the delivered case was larger than my phone. After contacting customer service for information about returning the new purchase, the service rep told me the proper case was no longer available for purchase, but Otterbox warranty would provide a new case for the shipping fee. Yea Otterbox - well done indeed. Thank you.

Too large and the screen protector is terrible!

Yesterday, I thought my phone was taken-over by a demon: In reality, the screen protector which was built-into the case "selected" items 3" above my actual selection. Over the last 2 days have had to remove the entire case in order to compose text & email messages because the cursor was jumping all over the place.
This morning, have removed the screen and sensor protector and it's working much, much better!
Overall, feel the case is much too thick considering the iPhone is thin.
I feel Otter needs to make a case that fits the phone better, (aka much smaller/thinner case) and come-up with a better design for their screen and sensor protector.
I can not recommend this product for purchase.
