As the plastic holder clip tends to fail before the actual cover, I’d suggest making the plastic holder (plus clip) available separately from the cover. This would avoid wastefulness.

This is a very well made item. It has protected my 6s since the day I got it many years ago. Only one flapper on mine finally broke off. Got a new one and there is no product better!
