I had to buy a new case for my iPhone 6 as the old one had a crack in the case, it lasted 3 years so I hope the new one last 3 years or more. Great case for protecting against an accidental drop.

The clear face is convex putting it approximately 1/16” above the phone which makes texting/typing almost impossible. Asked for a warranty replacement. Haven’t received the replacement yet. Can’t talk to anyone at Otter Box.

Over the years, have purchaced many OtterBox Defender series. I have never damaged a iPhone while using..and I drop them often. If the case gets damaged (only twice as I recall) OtterBox sends an new one. Customer Service always prompt and courteous. I'll never get any other brand.
