I bought this for my Mom who broke her phone for a 2nd time. I did have a little hard time opening it but it’s a great case. I don’t think she will be able to break her phone with this case on. it’s a little pricey but worth it!

OtterBox Defender is the best protection I've seen for my iPhone. Solid case with great "impact cushioning". Only 1 concern.....the Silicone outer cover needs to cover the edges of the Front Screen Protector better. I set my iPhone Face Down when I'm not using it. It rests on the Lip of the Front Screen Polycarbonate Shell instead of the Silicone outer shell. This makes it too slippery on my desk. It needs a tad more Silicone overlap on the Front Screen Protector edge to give it better traction.
