The Defender Series Case for iPhone 6/6s is a good value . . . excellent protection at a competitive price. My slight disappointment is the loss of sensitivity when applying pressure with my fingers to use the phone. Additional pressure is required because the Defender's cover is in addition to my screen cover. Using the phone requires more time and more attention to accuracy. I am not sure how this problem could be relieved.

My clip broke so I ordered one online. I was originally disappointed that It was taking so long (free shipping). When it came, it was the wrong size. My fault. Didn't know it was a 6s plus which is bigger than a 6s. Called customer service to find out about returning it and getting the correct size. The representative asked what happened to the original clip. When I told her it cracked, she said it was under warranty. I also told her that I noticed that as I took apart the case, the top lip of the case was cracked and it fell out after I peeled the rubber back. She said that would be covered too. What a nice surprise! It's a work phone and it's used constantly all day for years. I didn't want to order a generic brand or get a thin case seeing how well the Otter protected my phone all these years. If I damage my work phone, I have to pay for a new one. Otter is an awesome product that protects under constant use and the clip lasted for years under being unclipped and clipped all day. What a great product and great customer service to back it up!

The clip on the Holster broke so I had to purchase another one, I don’t like putting the phone in my back pocket. Three other friends have broken their Holsters also.

I bought this slipcover only because my old one was worn and splitting. The Defender series is awesome. This is the second Defender series we've had, as we had the iPhone 4 before. I've dropped my phone a few times and we have 2 kids. We've always had the Otterbox on our phones and iPad and, when we've taken the Otterbox off, the items still look new. I highly recommend Otterbox for any electronic device you have, if they make one for your device.
