I really like the concept of the holster so that I can keep iPhone with me but this is the third holster because the plastic tab that holds the phone in keeps fatiguing and breaking. It is too hard for me to push phone out of holster.

Just give them a call at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll run some tests to see if we can come up with a more permanent diagnosis going forward. Additionally, our top medics will happily perform a warranty claim procedure to get your side protection back to peak levels of health as soon as possible!
