I love the Otterbox Defender, because the case protects my iPhone. But, this is the fourth holster I have had, because the top clip has failed three times before due to plastic fatigue from repeated use. Otterbox would do well to reinforce at that critical point to lengthen the holster's life.

For future reference, please keep in mind that our Otter medics are always ready to prescribe a warranty replacement for anything that takes a beating (including holsters). Just give them a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll get you back to healthy protection in no time at all!

This purchase was to replace an identical Defender that I used for 4 years until the top left corner of the case finally split open. This case has protcted my phones wonderfully for years. At the original purchase, I bought 3 of this model and 5 for the i5 phones my Technicians were using. I have been extremely happy eith this product to say the least. Through extremely rough conditions for long periods, none of my phones were damaged!
