I bought this holster a couple of years ago because i liked it and thought it would last me many years. surprisingly it broke. I ordered this second one hoping it’ll last longer than the first. Since it seems i have to yes or no recommendation n i cant qualify it, i bought it so i guess i have to mark yes below n i did not research whether there is a better one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good. Like the attached case clip. Has protected phones thru drops. The edge of case broke. Not the phone. Was in phone face uncovered use. The little case corner holders broke each time. Would be great if those smaller outside case holders did not break so easily. Last time was just in car, falling from seat to car floor. But so glad it was the case-not the iphone!!!

It's handy to hold the iPhone. It lasted 2+ years before the snap-in which holds the phone in the holster broke. Never mind. I'm so used to it I bought another one. The price for 2+ years of use was not bad. Roadbagger

When I first got my phone a friend highly recommended an Otter Box to protect it, since she was so impressed by the one she had on her phone. This is the second Defender Series Case for iPhone 6/6s that I have bought. My iPhone was kept in perfect condition (like brand new) by the first Otter Box, even through being dropped a few times. Four years later, the screen cover had become quite scratched. Purchasing an Otter Box (Defender Series) a second time was a "no-brainer". I wouldn't trust any other case to protect my iPhone!

Once, I left my phone on the roof of my car and it flew across the parking lot when I drove off. It was in an Otterbox and neither phone or case was damaged. Ever since then, only Otterboxes for my phones. Love the defender series because even if the phone falls face down the screen won’t crack.
