This is my third Otterbox holster. The Otterbox case is great for protecting the phone but the holster’s clip is the weak link. That is the inly part that keeps failing.

Had Ottorboxes since they came to life and matched up to my iPhone. Never lost an iPhone from clip/holster failure. Extremely durable, easy to use, tough as nails. Just wish they came w/ a “finder” program so you can find it after you plug in your phone for the night and forget where the holster is.

I have six kids and trying to get everyone and everything together I drop my phone a lot. My kids borrow my phone and drop it a lot. I’m SOOOOO thankful for the replacement feature, I use it because the Otterbox case saves my phone from the damage the case receives.
