I just got my Otterbox Defender series. I wanted better protection for my phone. I like how the front of the case is a bit raised, so the screen has extra protection. I think it’s going to protect my iPhone very well. One note- there are no instructions included. I didn’t want to damage the clips trying to get it open. Fortunately, I found a YouTube video showing how to do that correctly. Other than that, this is a great case.

I HAVE ALWAYS USED OTTER BOX - DEFENDER. IT SADDENS ME THAT ALL OF THE OTTER BOXES AVAILABLE FOR IPHONES NOW ARE NOT VERY ATTRACTIVE COLORS. WHEN I FIRST STARTING OTTER BOX, THERE WERE MANY FUN COLORS, AND AS OF LATE - NONE ARE THAT ATTRACTIVE. I DO NOT WISH TO GET BLACK AS THE INTERIOR OF MY CAR IS BLACK, AND IF IT CAME OUT OF MY HANDBAG, IT'S DIFFICULT TO FIND.

While the clips usually survive quite a bit of action, we do engineer them with a safe breaking point to ensure that customers don't ever get caught in any sticky situations.
