I can't say how I feel about as the one I received was too large for my phone and I had to send it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We truly apologize about any confusion surrounding the separate components needed for the Defender series case! Our records show that only the rubber slipcover was purchased, and that your order was missing the inner plastic shell that would complete the unit. This rubber piece was a little too big because it normally stretches around a lid/base assembly that holds the phone. Had you contacted us, we would have been happy to troubleshoot this, but our system shows that we already have a return processing for you.
