I've used otter box defender for years and my phone has always stayed in perfect condition in spite of dropping it multiple times! The only thing I don't like about this version for iPhone 6 is I can't use my lightning to 30pin adaptor with it like I could with the iPhone 5 model. I have to purchase a new one with the extended wire - which is inconvenient and yet again I have to spend mmore money. But I don't trust any other case to protect my phone!

Bought my original otter box 2 years ago with an iphone. Recently purchased a new vehicle and when getting out of the drivers seat, the angle of the seat curve catches my phone holder. It finally snapped the clip. Getting a replacement holster was quick and easy.

I bought one like this when I purchased my phone about a year ago. I realize it is plastic and the top catch will break. That's what happened. I like the clip part and do not have to keep the phone in my pocket. So I ordered another one. I'm glad I could get just the clip for the Iphone.

I bought another Otterbox case which was the commuter series and I don't know whether I installed it incorrectly or not, but it cracked. I decided to buy the defender case and it is awesome. My Iphone is totally protected and I am very happy with this purchase. This is the one I should have bought originally.

i had recently replaced my old otter box of 4 years. it was great except for the cover for the charger plug. it , cover and home button wore out and did not cover home button. other than that it was great.
