I was replacing the one that broke

I only bought it to replace the one that broke. It matches the other GE Appliances in my kitchen. If I was buying all my appliances today, GE would be my last choice.

Easy to operate

This is very easy to operate, and I like not having to touch controls with my hands. However, I am a bit concerned about the durability of the "step" opener.

I'm not that thrilled with the bottom step I have to raise with my foot to turn on.
