[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first showing of the kitchen hood was disappointing as the left light did not work. Then the builder was going to place a new bulb but finally called the service center as it was impossible to do the replacing. Is this on purpose so the owner has to pay for a service call to change a bulb? Then the button on-off for the hood is very noisy. I did not expect this from a Kitchen Aid product. I would recommend with reservations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this for about a month and The only thing I dislike is that the settings are all push button and are kind of loud. But the vent works great and looks nice with our appliances.
