Dead in less than 2 years

We had a problem with this microwave from the beginning. The unit we've got was poorly assembled and was making an annoying noises. So it had to be fixed only a couple of weeks after it was installed. After that microwave worked OK for a few months and then it just died. The control board was replaced multiple times. After the last fixed microwave worked for another year and then it died again. Since waranty is already expired we are going to replace it and never buy LG product again.
Pros: none
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke One Year and One month after purchas

We bought all LG appliances on 11/20/11 for our new house. The microwave already broke. Now it will cost as much as a new microwave just to repair it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was my 2nd LG Microwave. 1st one had a bad fan. This one is Awesome! Has the features I want, fan is phenomenal and looks great in my all LG kitchen.

Excellent, EXTREMELY QUIET!

We replaced a 10 year old unit with this one. It is very, very, very quiet in contrast. The features function as designed and I was surprised at how well it's pre-programmed settings are timed for various jobs like softening butter or defrosting, or making microwave popcorn... A truly nice product that looks great. Not a single complaint after 2 months of daily use.

This microwave is beautiful, cooks excellent, vent is very powerful. I was surprised at how easy it was to install. I really don't know of anything they can change to improve this product.
