Stopped heating after 1 year of installation

This model is very low quality, stopped heating after one year of purchase. could smell some burning smell. upon google magnetron could be possible issue and costs good amount of money of technition cost
repair check and inspection is quite expensive than buying new one , not sure what to do with this brick and cost of labor for installation .

Worked great for 4 years

Really liked the look and function but it only lasted 4 years. I live alone, and work a lot so I didn’t even use it that often. The price was reasonable and I thought LG was a reputable brand. I was wrong.

I bought mine ten years ago, it's needed a replacement door handle and light, no big deal, but it stopped working today. Ten years is probably pretty reasonable. At high speen, the vent fan is loud, but that's what you get when you want high speed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave 8 years ago and never had a single problem with it. We just replaced it with another LG, LMV2031ST, because we accidentally ran it for 4 minutes completely empty. That caused a hole to melt in the top of the microwave. Fortunately, there was no fire. I liked it well enough I wanted to repair rather than replace it, but after calling a few different repair shops, they advised me to replace it since most microwaves don't last longer than 5 years. The LMV1813ST was outstanding. It had great features and longevity. I knew immediately I wanted to replace it with another LG. And I was thrilled to discover that the mounting bracket for my old model still worked perfectly for the new model.

Very Disappointed

We bought a appliance package with 4 appliances, all LG, we have only had them for 2 months and the micro will not heat, and the turn table stopped working, the fan on it is also very loud. I am very disappointed, I hope that I don't have problems like this right away with the other appliances. Not the most expensive appliances, but I thought LG was a good product, not so sure now.
