[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave in June 2020. It was priced well and have had good experience with LG appliances, so I gave this microwave a chance. I haven't been disappointed thus far, other than the keyboard is touchy. I guess you have to press gently.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance

Best Microwave ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best performing & looking (stainless steel) microwave & I did a lot of internet looking & research and it was delivered almost immediately despite the pandemic supply problems.

Purchased early Fall and it has worked great. However, we ordered a microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher. Two of the three products arrived with minor scratches. Also, the microwave display is green and the others are blue. Why? Since it was all the same line of product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light died second day, replacement efforts a nightmare to get a lightbulb. The microwave is extremely inconsistent in heating, overall this has been a dissappointing purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it in March of 2020 and installed it a month later and 10 months later the magnetron went out. Luckily it was still under the 1 year warranty. As long as it keeps functioning as it does we are happy with it.
