[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is adequate for most any cooking, is nice looking and easy to clean. The functions, however, are not well described. For example, when using the sensor function, there are many different options. None of those are described on the read out. In order to know what number function to use in cooking anything, such as fresh vegetables, you have to know the function number to use and for that, look it up in the manual! It would be so much easier if the function number readout gave that information! This is true of any function you may need to use. I may laminate the several pages of function description to keep them clean and handy by the microwave. Otherwise, memorize what each number option stands for!
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lasted well for 5 years, fixed something and stretched to 7 years (with some weird malfunctions of it starting when the door closed sometimes) and then it died.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave, in general, is fine. It does have some nice features as far as auto settings for softening butter and such. I find the buttons really hard to push. Also, our last microwave had quick-cook buttons (like, you just had to push the 1 for 1 min, 2 for 2 min...). I really miss this feature!
