I don't use a microwave often. Having issues with condensation in the glass on the door. Works great, just not to thrilled about that.
Pros: easy to use

Built in features are very helpful for a busy person, almost all cooking is included . press a button and cook.

There are certain features that differ from my previous microwave.
The interior is large...good space.
There are different functions for the various buttons which offer a good variety of choices.

The exterior is not as easy to maintain with the streaking after you clean it.
Overall it is worth its price.

One of the best appliances I have ever bought. Very easy to use. I am very happy with my purchase of the stove and refrigerator also. All I need now is the dishwasher which will be my next purchase.. Can't wait...

I'm not really sure why most microwaves come with a rack inside them now, but this one did. I usually cover my food when reheating to prevent splatters and have to take the rack out to do this. Other than that, it's a good product.

Nice looking unit.
Inside is easy to clean.
I am concerned about the cheap feeling touch/control pad. Everytime I use it it feels like it's going to fail.
