Good value for the price, lots of features

I picked this microwave because it was a store display clearance so I got a really good price and it matched the LG stove, refrigerator and dishwasher that I had picked out. I've had it about 1 month.
My husband installed it with no trouble.
Lots of features. I haven't really had to consult the book for anything yet. It's easy to use. I like the defrost selection. It's pretty easy to clean the inside. Also like the EZ on button which adds 30 seconds with each push. You can dim the light, and if doing large pot, you can shut the turntable off. I haven't even begun to use each of the features.
I was a little worried there might be problems since it was a store display but everything has functioned 100%, no problems at all.
These 4 appliances are my first experience with LG and it's been great so far.

easy to install, great features and so very quiet. the turbo boost exhaust actually works. the one button 30 sec. cook time is also very handy. very solidly built.

A lot of though has been put into this microwave. The features are useful and logical. Love the Reheat Dinner Plate feature. It is usually on the mark for doneness. When not, I just give it a couple of more minutes on 80% and we're good to go.
Luddite husband is getting used to it. He even softened some ice cream without asking me how to do it!
The lights are great and the fan noise is bearable.
One thing I would have liked would be less plastic on a product that is over the range. Heat can really cause deterioration in plastic. It is the main reason why I did not purchase the microwave with the pull-out vent. I will probably have to monitor the cabinet above this unit, since the vent outlets the front of the cabinet.

I was skeptical about this microwave at first, because it took a while to actually cook something. I don't know what changed, but the third time I used it, something clicked and its been working great. I also appreciate that it vents the stove really well while being really quiet.

Quieter than our last microwave
Cooks in less time even though it's the same power as our last machine
Very nice looking unit
Easy to use
Only lacks the quick-settings (1 for 1 minute, 2 for 2...etc) from our last model that was very convenient, but otherwise quite happy with our purchase
