Samsung Washer front load

This is a great washer-the only thing I would improve on is the rinse cycle I wish would rinse a little better but the spin cycle is much better than other washers

great overall washer except 9 out of ten times the washer wont do spin cycle instead it just powers down and sometimes takes several tries to get it to spin---had repair guy come out but of course it didn't do it again---and has scince he left.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The machine is easy to use, very quiet and plays a happy tune when it finishes washing. My clothes are clean and fresh and it really cuts down on the drying time because the clothes wring out so well. I like it!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Best laundry machine we have ever had. We've only had it a week but it is fantastic so far. It is the quietest washer I've seen. We are very happy with this unit. Would absolutely recommend this washer.

cant hear it at all cleans great dont take up much room and you can wash a lot at one time

Have not used the product yet however the delivery/installation man warned me... first thing out of his mouth: "Be very careful when opening and closing this unit! The plastic latch breaks very easiuly AND it is very expensive to repair. Also ..it is not covered by the extended warranty (4 year) you just purchased."
Very scarry for anyone but especially for a person on a fixed income. I almost had him remove it before installation was done.

Now I don't know if I made the right decision. I guess I won;t know until I break a latch at which time it will be too late.
Very Poor design for a major investment. I can rate nothing but the 'lack' of a good design! How could I recommend it to a friend.

Second day of use and we are still happy! Others have expressed the excellent points of this washer, so we will nit-pick on the MINOR flaws (to us).
Extremely heavy - difficult to move into a tight position.
Slightly larger "footprint" than previous washer / dryer. Did not fit into the existing area without a little pantry demolition.
Front loading door could not be fully opened without a little more pantry demolition.
Door hinges on the left side and is not reversible - our laundry pantry is setup for the washer on the right / dryer on the left. Have to pull clothes around the door to get to the dryer. The matching dryer has a reversible door. this is the reason for 4 stars in design.
These units have helped reduce our time watching TV. We have spent at least an hour watching the operation of this washer!
I would recommend this to a friend!
