Weak Water Pump

Machine worked well until earlier this month, just 2-years after purchased. We got the "nd" code and a buzzing noise we hadn't heard before. I cleaned the drain filter and attempted to run load again, but to no avail. Drained water again and called for service. Water Pump failure. Good news, Samsung did authorize service after the warranty. Just a litte disappointed in Samsung reliablity right now. Too bad we barely got 2-years of service out of machine before having to spend money for repairs.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Two of same model, both broke down

I have two of this same model. Both sarted breaking down within a few months. Cycles gradually stoped working, until they would only wash under Permanant Press. Then one started gushing water out the bottom.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
