i had difficulty with this phone

i had difficulties with this phone in retrieving my picture text and my music texts when they supposedly downloaded my stuff from my other phone it did not take on my new phone and if it did i cant find it these phones are difficult to use as far as i am concerned
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

They give u a cd to try and figure out how to use the phone, ive been trying to change my ringtone for an hour. they should sent a booklet so whatever is needed can be found quickly.

I chose this phone for a few reasons, I really like Samsung products, it looked cute (love the purple), and it had the key features I needed in a phone. I really wish it had a text message counter so I'd know how many characters are in my texts (notes & tasks get a counter but not texts, wha?) and I wish it came with a few more useful ringtones (hate to dl tones but the ones on the phone are awful, imho), but overall, I like the phone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: annoying/not enough ringtones, no character counter for text messages

The phone is easy to use and has many features. The keyboard is good size too. I'm very happy with it and the life of the battery is great compared to the last phone I had.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, larger display options

While I love the style of this phone, it does have some drawbacks. It freezes frequently and I have had to take the battery out to get it back on. My bluetooth keeps getting disconnected and I have to go into the app to get it back. otherwise it's a good buy.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the color of this phone. Am not very tech savvy, but this phone isn't to hard to figure out. My first new phone in almost 4 years so it's really all new for me. Don't find the phone heavy like some other reviewers. Has nice features and am learning to use most of them.

I have always had Samsung cell phones this though is by far my favorite. I have the black one and I just love how easy it is to use, texting especially. I don't like that there are only two cover choices and that the covers break so easily. I also just found out this morning that At&t has discontinued this phone and no longer have the covers. The salesman suggested I look for a new cover online!! So I am finding this my be a problem. That has nothing to do with how the phone itself works though. I will keep this phone as long as it keeps working, I love it!!!

I upgraded to this phone in order to have a camera. As a senior I don't need access to all the apps on a smart phone. It does what I want it to do.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
