Impressive! Design, features, love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with the purchase - stainless interior great for cleanups, like the convection options - Micro+Bake together. The one adjustment - the microwave is lower power (900watts) - so took some adjusting to our cook times, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not working and only a year old

This microwave never heats anything correctly. Now it doesn't work, and it is just a year old.

The installation was very easy and the sleek design makes a real impression. The only issue I have had is the clicking and groaning sounds that the table turner makes. We use the button to turn it off and then click it back on and the noise abates.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall we are happy with this microwave. However, the fan is too loud. The biggest dislike is that the beeper that indicates your food is done is loud, long, very annoying, and it doesnt' quit until you open the door or push stop. We have opted for no noise (which is a nice feature) but that is not ideal either. How about 2-3 short beeps when time is up. If I don't want to run to the microwave the second it is done, I don't want to keep hearing the beep. This seems small but would have probably kept me from buying it, had I know. The stainless finish on this model cleanes like a breeze and its fingerprint resistance was the selling point for us. We have the range and dishwasher too.

I like the look and the finger feature with out prints but I do have a problem with the cooking times I dont think this cooks fast enough it seams as though I have to cook seconds longer or this to work I look at the 800 watt time and cook that way. I have used the baking convection and works good. It is loud also but can live with it. and the price was right with the convection buit in. I will see how it works during the holidays when I will have to use two ovens.

Good, but needs tweaks

The microwave is nice and easy to keep clean. I wish it had a few more feature buttons, but if you don't care about this it's fine. Also, can't use the microwave while the timer is running. Don't like that. It fit our size restrictions and that was most important to us.

Replaced Twice

The unit arrive DOA. Mainly did not work and would randomly turn on. It was replaced and after three months the same thing happened. The service network has not replaced the button panel and board and it seems to be working. We were told this is a known problem but units were not recalled or corrected before selling. Very poor quality assurance and poor way to sell a unit. Horrible for a customer to have to deal with this known problem when it could have been corrected. My guess is it is related to supply chains and accounting practices.
