Really Nice Printer

I bought this printer to replace an old ink jet HP printer. I had no need for a color printer as I already have one at another place. I also purchased a USB cable and extra toner. The sales person said it did not come with a cable - but it does - albeit a rather short one! It would be nice if it could print wirelessly, but that is not an available for the Mac.
It set up easily with my mac - though I would have liked some sort of printed instructions as well - the photos are ok but a bit vague, I felt.
I am more than satisfied with the printer. It will turn on automatically when you start to print and turn off when finished - really nice features. A printed document comes out almost immediately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All I hoped for!

This little laser jet printer is all I hoped it would be. I need laser printed materials for creating transfers onto ceramic decal paper, and onto canvas. Laser ink is the best means of accomplishing great transfers. Heard many complain about getting their wireless printers to work, so expected trouble. I set the printer up as instructed, and can print from my laptop wherever it sits in a reasonable range and it has worked every time. I am a technically-challenged person--more right-brained, so it is easy for anyone! I love my HP1102W printer and highly recommend it to anyone!

Great Home Laser Printer

I have had a Samsung laser printer before, and it was good. But this HP laser printer is the best printer (overall) that I have ever owned. I am compelled to buy a second one so that I have it as backup. Thanks HP!

Not quite what I was expecting

Recently purchased the P1102W. While it was easy to set up, (reasonably, not quite as simple as 1,2,3), I was disappointed in the fact the ePrint is really not available for this product, as advertised on the purchasing web site. I have a couple of netbooks that I cannot print from because of this.
I do like the quick startup, wake from sleep, wireless printing functions. Sad about the ePrint. HP says new products are being added. Does this mean that it's possible with a firmware upgrade that they could add this printer too? Not sure...

I was looking for a replacement for my old HP Laserjet L6, did did not cost a lot. The P1120w seemed to fit the bill. I had no problems hooking it up and using it right away. It is a bit nosier than the old L6, but it faster. I like it.

This printer works amazing though it is slightly confusing to install the firm ware update every aspect of this printer is amazing. Please consider this printer especially if you have an iPad.
