Nice machine

Nice travel machine for taking to classes. Easy to thread and carry. Nice basic machine. Great for beginners.Cons: hard to clean the bobbin area. Area way to small to get the screws out. Noisy and not for heavy fabric.

This is generally not the brand I use, but many swear by this brand so when looking to replace a basic machine which gave out after 0 years, I went shopping. I wanted something that could do a little more, I needed a mixture of function and my pocketbook to match. Well, I found this machine deeply discounted, and made the purchase. Love the dropin bobbin, and needle threaded . Sewing is a breeze. It handles my softer fabrics just as we'll as the more sturdy. I am happy with the purchase.

I am loving the light weight and perfect simplicity of this machine. I'm teaching quilting club at a school and feel this is also a great machine for a beginner.

Great Sewing Machine

I am not a sewer! But I wanted a machine in our house that worked with the opportunity to do more. This was easy to set up and start using. I hemmed some pants and it work great on first attempt. Seasoned sewers would really love it.

I have started quilting again and needed a small, lightweight machine I could travel with. This machine has been great!! I never had a "walking foot" before. I can't believe how much easier it is to sew through layers of fabric now!! Love this machine!!!

Excellent Product

I purchased this sewing machine to learn to make quilts and it is by far the best investment I could have ever made! It is very easy to understand the owners manual and sew with. I plan to invest in a computerized version in the future with all the bells and whistles once I become a more accomplished seamstress. I previously owned a Singer in the past and decided to invest in Brother instead! Glad I did, it's lightweight in comparison and I like the overall apperance. Couldn't ask for a better product and it was well worth the money spent and it even came with additional extra accessories that will definitely be helpful and useful.
