I purchased this in May and since then I've experienced nothing but problems: Apps don't work, power cuts off continuously, and not enough memory to access internet. Love Samsung's other products (like my tablet) but not this TV
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations
This is my first HD and Smart TV. With it being a "smart" tv I expected some basic features to be easier to access. I love the picture and the fact that I don't notice any motion blur which was my main concern when getting a new tv. The issues I have are with the features such as 1) the clock is no where to be found. I have no way to check the time in dim light. Info should show that. 2) The sleep timer is not accessable while in the Smart menu. 3) There is no way to dim the screen when streaming media to have a dark room and just the audio playing and is difficult to find in TV mode. 4) The remote won't bring up the channel guide for Directv boxes so as a universal it's kinda useless. 5) When in "watch" mode, the tool menu has no function so sleep timer is not available. 6) The light on the remote goes out too quick to find what you need in a dim room. 7) The remote needs some raised markers that can be felt on the "select" and "directional" buttons so they can be located easily. The dots on either side of the Vol and Ch buttons are useless. 8) A feature missing that I liked on my last tv was, the volume faded out the last minute when the sleep timer was about to end; instead of just turning off abruptly. 9) Flash will no longer support this Legacy operating system so no updates will be available from them. 10) Some videos can not be streemed such as from regular Hulu.com. You must use their app and pay the monthly fee to use Hulu in any way through this tv. I look forward to getting a camera to use the skype feature but only samsung cameras are compatible.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
This TV is reliable, colors are saturated and contrast is sharp. Easy to set up and adjust to your room. Good sound, and easy to connect to external amplifier/speakers. Excellent overall value for a 32-inch LED TV.
I bought this tv mainly because of my previous experience with Samsung tv's. The features on this set are exactly what anyone would want. I love the design but i'm disappointed in the overall picture quality. During bright scenes it's nearly perfect, however, during dark scenes the backlight bleeds thru the edges (typical for an edge lit led tv) however the backlight also has terrible non-uniform bleed thru in the middle of the screen. It makes watching dark scenes extremely annoying. At times it can feel like you have someone with a flashlight shining a light on the screen from behind.
