Great TV and picture and price. Although Just 5 months after warranty ended horizontal lines started to appear. Costly repair for a year in a half old rarely used TV. would not reomend due to this issue. After researching issue on 2010 models apparantly I am not the only one experiecing this. Just hope it was fixed for others at later date.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SMALL LINE ON LEFT SIDE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM

This tv had a very good picture till a small line appeared
on the screen from the top to the bottom. It changes colors as the back ground colors change. Very annoying. Of course it was right after the factory warranty expired. Don't
buy w/o an extended warranty.

This TV lasted for exactly 1.2 years....which makes it just out of warranty range. Black bar right across the center of the TV. Gave it to a friend for use in the basement and it got several more black bars over the course of 3 months after....rendering the TV completely useless. Bad product.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Worked Perfect ....for about 16 months

Purchased this TV in August of 2010. Loved the picture and thought it was the best TV I have ever owned. Then in December of 2011 a line appeared straight down the middle of the screen. Since more than a year had passed it was out of warranty. After doing some research on the internet I found out that quite a number of people had the same issue with this particular model. I called a repair shop and they told me that I needed to replace the panel and that it would cost almost as much as I paid for the TV. Needless to say I did not pay to repair it. The line has progressively gotten bigger and I have moved the unit down to the basement.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great tv great look

I love it! I've had this one for 2 years now and it stll feels brand new. I was a great deal when I bought it and is still goinf strong. It was a replacement for a Samsung DLP that was damaged in shipment when I moved and I must say it wat the best thing a moving company ever paid for! I have been buying Samsung TVs for the last 12 years because the picture is always great. Thanks! My only regret is that it's not a fully smart TV but I will be upgrading to one soon.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, can go in any room

Great HDTV

I bought this TV over the Panasonic because of price. At the time Panasonic was concidered the best by alot of review sites. Iwatched both tv's for quite some time in the stores and chose my Samsung. I feel it's the best and I'm glad I chose it.

Ive had this tv for less than 2 years. All of a sudden a crack appears on my tv. About 4-5 inches from top left corner. No physical damage at all to this tv. It's not physical damage when a lot of people are having the same issues. A crack on the internal glass screen. Samsung believes that a huge crack will occur with no physical damage to the outside screen. What can be done with this!
Pros: Bright display, when it worked
Cons: Did not meet expectations, dissatisfaction with samsung overall
