Great picture-straight out of the box

I purchased my first Samsung LCD TV 2 years ago and set it up with a Samsung surround sound using Anynet. Excellent picture, excellent sound. When it was time to replace another TV, I chose this Samsung model and set it up using older accompanying components (DVD and stereo). I am equally happy with it. No need to adjust picture settings. It works great straight out of the box.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

I just got this tv as upgrade from 32" sharp and I have to say what a improvment.

This TV is better than what I thought it would be. The picture is superb and the sound is better than I had been told for new LCD TV's. The features are easy to navigate through to change settings. Watching HD channels are very crisp. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Unlike other tvs in this price range, the sound quality is good with the built in speakers, the picture is bright and sharp right out of the box, standard definition channels look better on this than average HDTVs , and it works fantastic as a computer monitor.

Incredible Picture!

We chose this TV from the many available because looking at the models on display the picture was far superior to the other brands. Bright, clear, with accurate colors, as well as the fact that I've owned a Samsung branded cell phone for years that I have dropped dozens of times, and submerged in water twice and it still works flawlessly, very impressed with Samsung product quality. So I am incredibly pleased. I knew the refresh rate at 60Hz isn't the best you can get, but the picture is perfect with no noticeable lag at all. For everyday tv watching and movies its great. If you're into sports or gaming you may want a a higher refresh rate but again, it hasn't bothered me.
