Love the design and features

Dear Samsung,
I currently have had the Note Edge for more than two years. Love the phone by the way. The only thing I would complain about this phone is that the camera takes long to focus. My fault - I've overcharged my phone plenty of times - my phone dies around 70-90%. I have to bring a portable charger around with me/soon need to buy a new battery. I'm in need of a new phone.
I love the edge design and I appreciate that you have continued the design in recent phones like the S7 Edge and the Note 7. Different. Bold. Beautiful.
I can't wait for the release of the Galaxy S8 Edge and the Galaxy Note 8. Gearing towards the Note because of the S pen. I would like to RECOMMEND....is it possible for the S pen to take pictures/video??? One click takes a picture. Double click takes a video. Just saying...

This is no doubt on of the best phones I ever had its beautiful by design, the features are space age things I only imagine as a kid and never thought I would live to see.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, this phone makes life simple, taking notes, getting information

I just upgraded my samsung galaxcy s4 phone, for the samsung galaxcy, note 4. Does so much more, I'm a very happy customer. To me, and always. Samsung, will always be the best, doesn't matter if its the phone, or tablet. As long as samsung's name is unit then you know that its a really good, product. Excellent job, to all of you, at samsung. Keep up the excellent work. I'm your no. 1 fan, always and thank you all so very much.

The edge is a great update to the Samsung Note line. It is faster and lighter than a S5 with a better battery life.

Unique but could be better

The Note Edge is an awesome device in it's capabilities. But, it is not the fastest device out there, especially given it's specs. A speed improvement would make it near perfect.
Pros: Bright display, big screen note features curved display

The Note Edge make my life more productive. The large screen colors are bright, beautiful, and life like. The stylus lets me take notes faster than typing. The "edge" is eye catching and makes app selection easier and directly at your fingertips. I'm very satisfied with my Note Edge.

I was so excited whenever I finally received my Edge as I had been patiently anticipating it for quite a while. The first 2 to 3 days were almost like a honeymoon. (I said ALMOST.) Then I must have unknowingly fed the resident gremlins after dark because all kinds of awful things began to happen. First, 3 days after installing & using a brand new brand name 128 gigabyte memory card, my new phone could no longer recognize it at all. I tried everything from removing & re-inserting it to trying to read it on my laptop. Unfortunately, I concluded it must have been a dud because my laptop couldn't even format it. I then put the Samsung memory 64 gigabyte memory card that had been in my Note 3 for over a year without any issue whatsoever into my Edge. It worked beautifully for approximately 4 hours and then the exact same thing happened. So I went and bought a new 64 gigabyte memory card and inserted it into the Edge. Fortunately, the Edge is still able to reccognize as of the time that I am witing this review. Unfortunately, every time I stop using the Edge and I press the power button to put the phone in sleep mode, it ceases to recognize that my memory card is mounted. At this point I cannot even enter the settings and remount the memory card. I MUST FIRST RESTART my Edge before it will once again recognize that the memory card is mounted. Many times I have restart the phone 2 or 3 times before the memory card is recognized. AT&T is supposedly looking into this issue for me. Meanwhile, my new phone has eaten 2 memory cards that were perfectly functional before I inserted them into my new phone. Plus, I am running the risk of losing yet another memory card while I await for my phone company's verdict.
Next comes the issue of my Edge just completely restarting while I am in the middle of typing an email or text message or sometimes, simply reading the news. There is absolutely no method to this madness at all expect that it reminds me of a laptop that I once owned that did the same thing whenever it would become too hot. Perhaps my brand new Samsung flagship phone inconveniently restarts itself because all of that power under its hood causes it to regularly overheat.
Next comes the issue of my Edge just completely restarting while I am in the middle of typing an email or text message or sometimes, simply reading the news. There is absolutely no method to this madness at all expect that it reminds me of a laptop that I once owned that did the same thing whenever it would become too hot. Perhaps my brand new Samsung flagship phone inconveniently restarts itself because all of that power under its hood causes it to regularly overheat.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, buggy, unreliable
