Not support for Windows 10

Totally unacceptable that Startech doesn't have updated drivers for an OS that is now 5 years old and Microsoft is committed to solely supporting now that windows 7 is going defunct. Put out an updated driver for this already!

Purchased by my company It will not work at all on Windows 10 the drivers are not recognised (unsigned) and will not load. Unusual for Startech to provide such a product without a platform use warning - ie not compatible with Windows 10

Unfortunately, ICUSB2321X Rev 1 is not compatible with Windows 10 as outlined in the technical specifications page for this product. For Windows 10 support, a Rev 2 model is required.

Does not work with Windows 10

Worked fine with Windows 7, but purchased a new PC with Windows 10 and found that I can no longer do my job as this adapter does not work with Windows 10. Seems like updating the drivers would not have been impossible, as every other piece of technology works.

This adapter is not supported in Windows 10 however you may be able to install the drivers by disabling Driver Signature Enforcement. If this does not work, we recommend looking at a different adapter for Windows 10 compatibility, such as our ICUSB2321F.

It's important to us that our customers have a positive experience with our products and we're sorry to hear that our ICUSB2321X is no longer working for you. This adapter is not supported in Windows 10 but you may be able to install the drivers if you disable driver signature enforcement in Windows. If this does not allow the drivers to install or if you're not able to disable this setting, we recommend looking at a different USB to Serial adapter such as our ICUSB2321F which uses an FTDI chipset and has Windows 10 support.

No window 10 support, don't buy!!

Unless the specifications said that windows 10 is supported, there are no drivers available. We bought 2 of these useless pieces of converters for a lot of money. You will get a call of us. We want an immediate solution for an equivalent replacement. Professional no way.

Rev 2 is now compatible with Windows 10. However, Windows 11 is unsupported. Good product overall, just slacking on compatibility
