Keeping it simple never cleaned so well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a fur baby means I am always looking for the best way to keep the tile floors clean. Swifter Sweeper is effective and super simple. The starter kit comes with a light-weight, easy to use base including three wet wipes and seven dry. The dry cloths trap all the dog hair and dirt, especially around the sliding glass door. It even grabs small pieces of dirt in the grout. So easy, I do it every other day. For a deeper clean and for muddy messes, I switch to a wet cloth. This really has replaced my mop and bucket.
The cloths attach to the base with four easy clips in the base. The wet cloth will be a little more tricky, just because it's wet. But don't worry, my five year old was able to figure it out when I wasn't watching! The base is so slim I can easily get under furniture. It's a great product.

Perfect holiday helper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Swiffer years ago and decided to stop using it and use my vacuum. Since then my family has gained two children and another pet. With the holidays approaching I was very excited to receive this product!
The pad of the Swiffer is much better quality than I remember, it really helped keep the cloth attached.
While it doesn't pick up everything on my floor it is definitely a great help. It picks up pet fur and other random things, and what it doesn't pick up I'm able to use the Swiffer to push into a pile to one area and sweep up.
I have not yet used a wet cloth, I plan on using when I have a quick spill or something to clean up.

Better Than Nothing

Putting the unit together was easy enough and, because the handle comes in multiple parts, it appears that there is some level of height customization. However, this also means that the handle is a bit less sturdy than I would like. It's not flimsy by any stretch, but it does have a bit of a wobble.
The grip is nice, and definitely ergonomically designed (I flipped it by accident at one point and it was not pleasant). The design is such that it can get under things with relative ease, so it's great for getting into dusty corners or under lower furniture. The disposable pads, both dry and wet, were easily inserted.
The pads themselves were manageable. I preferred the dry, "sweeping" sheet. It grabbed a good deal of dirt and hair even after I ran the vacuum. It does not pick up anything dense or large, though - it just pushed around the bigger crumbs that it unearthed from under the cabinets.
While I haven't tried it for this purpose yet, I bet it might be good for cleaning ceiling fans and reaching dust on the walls.
The wet pad came in an enclosed foil-like packet. There is no notch, tab, or other tearable section, so I had to use scissors (not a huge deal, but less convenient). When I opened it, a bunch of collected cleaner fluid spilled onto the floor. As I was going to clean the floor anyway, it didn't matter much to me - just be careful where you open it.
It didn't seem to have enough juice to cover the whole kitchen, let alone the bathroom and living room. Because of its design, a great deal of cleaning solution gets concentrated in one area and then the rest feels dry. With a good deal of scrubbing, I was able to get out some stickier messes. At one point, I realized I had put the wet cloth on backwards and had to switch it. When I tried to remove it, it tore pretty easily. Still, it definitely picked up even more dirt.
All in all, this is definitely more convenient to use than a broom and dust pan, or a mop and bucket. I definitely think it's a great replacement for sweeping. That said, my small apartment would need two or more wet cloths for a decent once-over and using them gets a bit messy. For mopping purposes, I'll stick with what I've got.

The wet cloths take care of muddy foot prints, spills and so mich more. It is super fast, just snap a pad on and your ready to go. Great for families and singles!!!!!

Swiffer Sweeper to the Rescue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE that I can pull my Swiffer Sweeper Dry Cloth out at any time, day or night, and do a quick, quiet but thorough Sweep of my hard word floors. Doesn't work as well on my tile kitchen floor because the "dirt" doesn't always stick to the cloth and it is harder to "push" that over the grout. I LOVE that I can turn the cloth over for extra mileage while dusting multiple floors. I also LOVE that this product is so easy to use that my 13 and 15 year old kids can now help with the floors!
The Swiffer Sweeper Wet Cloth works best on small area floors such as the bathroom, bedrooms or hallway. Unlike an actual mop and water, this products intention isn't to re-wet/soap the cloth. As a result it starts out wet enough but looses dampness fast. I LOVE the scrubby strip for tougher spots but it is only on one side so not usable if you choose to flip the cloth over for extra mileage if doing multiple floors.
I don't think this product is strong enough for my large tile kitchen floor but will DEFINITELY use for my bathrooms, bedrooms and hallways!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Swiffer Sweeper (with wet and dry cloths). This product is AMAZING!!! I wish I started using this sooner!! I have 3 large dogs, 3 kids with lots of heavy traffic through my kitchen. I am constantly washing and sweeping my kitchen and it's normally a big process until now....The dry cloth gets all of the fine particles and dog hair that a lot of times I miss when sweeping. The wet cloth does an amazing job cleaning my floor and it doesn't leave my laminate wood floor dull and cloudy looking like other products I have tried. The sweeper assembles easily and quickly and for me, it stores easily (better than my mop and broom). The only thing that I need to figure out is how to properly use the scrubber on the wet cloth, that was the only thing that was difficult for me to use, but other than that, I LOVE it and would highly recommend this to my friends and family!!! :)

The sweeper is very light weight, and easy to maneuver. It was so convenient to just stick the cloth on and get to work. We will use this on a daily basis! Overall I am very pleased with this product! A must have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited about the new Swiffer Dry and Wet Sweeper. How much better can it get - no need for other products - this one cleans both as a dry cleaner, and as a wet cleaner. I love that you don't have to buy the separate cleaner anymore - you can just use their new and improved wet clothes. This makes the product so much more attractive to me. I could never get the old cleaner bottle to work properly. This product is so simple and fast to use - wood, vinyl, and tile floors will sparkle now!
