Gets into those crannies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my swifter to get under the couch and all those places my vacuum can't get to. We have these in-floor door stops and i have to switch my vacuum head to get back there but with the swifter its so much easier. Still need the vacuum to get the bigger stuff but fur and dust bunnies are much easier!

Swiffer is a trusty classic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using a Swiffer dry sweeper, and think it's great to have in any home with hard floors. It has its place alongside the broom and the vacuum, but it doesn't take the place of either in my opinion. (Just like the wet mop doesn't take the place of a mop, but is pretty darn useful). I got my first Swiffer about 20 year ago in college to keep my linoleum dorm floors dust bunny free. It worked great to get under the bed and other furniture. I learned then, and not much has changed as the nifty tool has gone through a few upgrades, that you still also need a broom and a dustpan. The Swiffer's main job is to pick up hair and dust, and it does that job better than any broom or vacuum. But the crumbs and the little pieces of paper aren't going anywhere - you can sweep them into a pile, but they just don't stick to the Swiffer cloth. No biggie, but there you have it. The wet mop is awesome for a quick job in a medium sized room. We use them constantly at the tutoring center where I volunteer - every day when we clean up, we sweep and then wet Swiffer the small apartment where we provide our services. It's linoleum throughout, and the wet Swiffer does great to get any spills or tracked in grime from the kids' shoes. For the approximately 1,000 square foot apartment, all linoleum, we use about 3 cloths. It's quick, it's easy, it's mostly effective, and anyone can do it. I appreciate the Swiffer brand for the convenience it adds to my life!

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like using the wet pads to clean my floor but I didn't like the dry ones. The dry ones didn't pick up bigger pieces of debris so I still needed to pull out tell broom.

Great for Smaller Jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved that this starter kit included both the wet and the dry pads. This way you get to try both and see what you like and dislike about them.
I used the dry pads first. They're great for getting up dust, loose dirt and hair of all sorts. For anything with more weight to it, you'll have to use a traditional dustpan.
Next I used I the wet pad. It was perfect for my bathroom. My kitchen floor was a lot dirtier, so the wet pad didn't make it far before needing to be switched out. I think the wet pads are best for smaller cleaning jobs, like the bathroom, or to clean up a spill quickly and not so great for in depth, large space cleaning.
I like how quick and easy to use this whole system is, but I hate how wasteful it is. I don't know if Swiffer makes resusable pads, but if they did I would be more interested in that than a pad that you use once and then throw away.

Loving my Swiffer!!

I just got new hardwood floor a few months ago, and keeping them clean with two dogs and three kids is a big task. I love my swiffer dry pads for quick, daily floor maintenance. It picks up a ridiculous amount of fur and other dirt! The wet pads are great when mud has been tracked in and dried, or when my son spills juice. The best part is that the mop is lightweight, and my 3-year-old uses it with ease and actually thinks it's fun - for now!

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Swiffer Sweeper as I already use other Swiffer products and love them. But sadly I have to say I am not thrilled with this sweeper. The packaging and ease of assembly was great but the actual product was disappointing. It is too light weight and feels cheap. The dry pads only picked up a little bit of dust etc. before it just pushed the rest around. I still had to use a broom and dustpan. The wet pads were so wet they dripped all over and my floor was so wet I had to dry it with a towel. Overall I think this product needs some improvement.

Excellent cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the mop immediately after getting it. I wanted to clean my kitchen of dog hair and the wood floor in my dining room. It was really terrible at the dog hair in the kitchen but it did a great job on the dining room floor. It cleaned up some build up dirt on the wood floor easily. My one complaint would be that the handle and stick were a little flimsier than I would like and was a little cumbersome to use as a result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of the Swiffer brand. I like the dusters, but most of all I really like the wet floor mops. It is a simple quick clean up on my tile floors.
However, I always had to sweep first, then do a quick mop. With this new Dry+Wet sweeper, I am in heaven! I am a fan of anything that cuts down my cleaning time, and allows more family time! This Dry+Wet Sweeper get s a thumbs up from me!
