Not all it is advertised to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used swiffer products in the past and have had various degrees of success. Their wet jet product doesn't cut it for me so I didn't have high hopes for this wet+dry product. I got exactly what I expected.
The "wet" feature is essentially an oversized wet wipe. I used on my hardwood floors in my kitchen and was only able to clean about 70 square feet before it was dry and not being useful anymore.
I do like the lightweight handle and the base works well with the dry pads. I'll continue to use the dry pads and use my own floor cleaning spray.

Swiffer way to clean?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a working mom with two little kids, four pets including a puppy and incontinent senior dog, and a house constantly in a state of remodeling. I'm always looking for a short cut to keep things appearing clean or, better yet, actually clean! I was excited to try the Swiffer Sweeper Floor Sweeper Mop to see if it's a good addition to my other time cutting and easy to use products and gadgets. I like the idea of one time use, pre-soaked pads so I don't have to mix cleaning detergents or wash rags or mops. After using the Swiffer, I think it works well for a quick spot cleaning or quick wipe down right before guests come over, but not so sure it works efficiently for weekly deep cleaning. My biggest issue is that nearly my entire house is hard surface flooring and even though the pads where thick and good at cleaning the floors, I needed to change it so frequently that I'm afraid it would no longer be efficient or economical to use for that purpose. The dry wipes were very good for cleaning up pet hair and dust, but again, not overly practical for weekly deep cleaning of large area's. I'll continue to use the wet pads for spot cleaning between weekly mopping or to help clean up the spilled juice, pet accidents, tracked in mud, but overall, not sure the Swiffer totally meets my needs mainly due to the surface area of my house.

Swiffer Sweeper - LOVE IT!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Swiffer Sweeper (with wet and dry cloths). This product is AMAZING!!! I wish I started using this sooner!! I have 3 large dogs, 3 kids with lots of heavy traffic through my kitchen. I am constantly washing and sweeping my kitchen and it's normally a big process until now....The dry cloth gets all of the fine particles and dog hair that a lot of times I miss when sweeping. The wet cloth does an amazing job cleaning my floor and it doesn't leave my laminate wood floor dull and cloudy looking like other products I have tried. The sweeper assembles easily and quickly and for me, it stores easily (better than my mop and broom). The only thing that I need to figure out is how to properly use the scrubber on the wet cloth, that was the only thing that was difficult for me to use, but other than that, I LOVE it and would highly recommend this to my friends and family!!! :)

Great New Swiffer!

Reasonably priced product, works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Swiffer for a few weeks now and it is doing well at picking up daily cleaning in the kitchen and highly traveled areas. I do feel that it does a great job maintaining the areas, but we still need to do a thorough cleaning as well every so often. As a day-to-day "helper" it works great! Quick and convenient to use!

My daily go to cleaning product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Sweeper is awesome! Just put the handle together in seconds and I was ready to put on a mopping pad and start cleaning. I put this sweeper through heavy use as I have hardwood floors in living areas and laminate in kitchen and bathrooms. I start by using the dusting cloth to get all the pet hair and dust and then I use a wet cloth to pick up the dirt and it leaves a fresh smell and shine. It's light enough that my toddler loves mopping with it but is built sturdy so I'm not afraid to put a heavier hand when necessary on the harder dirt spots. I also have found the sweeper to be useful in wiping down my tub walls and ceiling. The wet pads work perfectly to clean the walls and ceiling and the adjustable handle makes it easy to reach spots over my head. I love this sweeper!

Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter Kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product works very well. I have two dogs and this makes it very easy to clean up behind them. On top of that it leaves the room smelling clean. The only negative I would say is that I wish the wipes that go on were a little bigger. Sometimes they fall off of one of the corners that I attach it to. Nothing wrong with it it's just that I try to go to quick putting it on. So if it was a tiny but bigger it would just make my job easier. All in all super product!

Easy floor cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dark hardwood floors and a long haired dog. I can't believe I didn't discover the Swifter sooner. This picks up the dog hair really good with little effort. The wet end helps clean up the dirt that the dog tracks in from outside. I have used much more elaborate floor cleaners in the past and the Swifter does a better job and is easy to set up and handle.
