It picks up EVEYTHING!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Swiffer products and feel like I've been using them since they were first intoduced in to the market years ago!
They seriously pick up everything and it is so satisfying to see the cloth full of dirt once I'm done cleaning. The only thing that made me give the Swiffer one less star was the fact that I always seem to have to fix the cleaning pad as it comes undone from the base. I use it most in my kitchen and bathrooms, it always leaves the floor sparkling and not sticky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep a pretty clean house. I wet mop the hardwood floors once per week, have a robotic vacuum clean the floors three times per week and dry mop intermittently. Even after the robotic vacuum cleaned only a few hours before, I used my Swiffer Sweeper and was able to pick up more dust and grime on the floor.
What's the best with my Swiffer Sweeper is it's very easy to maneuver around awkward and tight spaces of my home. Also, when the cloth gets too dirty, you just toss the sheet and start afresh. Try doing that with your dry mop!

Say goodbye to that old smelly mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Swifter Sweeper. So lightweight and easy to use. Best of all no wringing out mops and lugging heavy pails of water or scrubbing on my hands and knees. It's so quick and easy my seven year old even loves to use it. The wet pads work wonders on lineolium and the dry pads work great on my hard work floors.

From Disgusting to Delightful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Swiffer Kit arrived in the nick of time! New stove being delivered and I wanted to clean under the old one before it arrived. I was pretty disgusted with what I saw when I pulled the stove out. I used the 3 dry cloths (middle picture) to pick up the lose dust and crumbs and then 2 of the wet (right picture) to clean the dirt and grime. The scrubber worked great and I am totally pleased with the result! The Swiffer is extremely easy to use - so much better than pulling out the broom and mop! A bit embarrased to share the before picture but you can't appreciate the after without it!

New and Improved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me start by saying that I have owned a Swiffer since they first came out on the market years ago. I still own and use that old Swiffer daily. About three quarters of my house is hard wood floor. I have a dog and two boys under the age of 12 so keeping the outside debris, food crumbs and dog hair under control is a daily effort. My one complaint about the old Swiffer was it's ability to pick up larger crumbs/ pieces of debris. I felt I would need to sweep first,, then go back over with the Swiffer. Well, this new version of the Swiffer really gets the job done without needed to sweep first. The pad of the new Swiffer has grooves which allow for those larger particles to get trapped and picked up. In addition, the pole is much longer so you get a little better leverage, and less of a back ache if you have a large area to clean ( which I do). So why only 4 stars? Well, that's because I'm also rating the wet pad functionality. I had never used the wet pads before with the Swiffer. I found several issues with them: First - the packaging. There was no easy tear or peel back tape to get the wet pad out. I had to resort to cutting it out of the package. Second, you need to unfold the two ends of the wet pad, enlarging it so you can tuck the ends into the top of the Swiffer, securing it in place. This is not clearly outlined on the directions and took me awhile to figure out. Your hands pretty wet and sticky from the solution on the pad trying to unfold it and attach it. Third, I really found the odor of the wet pad to be unpleasant. Once the floor dried, there was no longer a smell.. but it was pretty strong while wiping up the floor. Fourth, the wet pad doesn't last very long. You could use it to clean up a spill, but not wipe up your whole kitchen floor, unless you have a small kitchen- I don't.
In summary:

Longer pole, better leverage and reach capability

Cons-
Wet cloth package ( single packages) difficult to open
Attaching wet cloth not intuitive
Wet cloth has unpleasant smell

I love clean floors...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when my Swiffer Sweeper Dry+Wet! My home is fully hardwood floors, so I am constantly sweeping and mopping. I hated having to drag out the bucket of water and mop to clean my floors. The swiffer makes cleaning so much easier. I use the dry pads to sweep up any crumbs, strands of hair and dust on the floor. I then use the wet pads to clean the floor. The pads leave a nice shine on my floors. I am so glad to now have a swiffer. I was given this product for my honest opinion.
