A good economy sweeper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good sweeper for light cleaning of hard floors to take up dust, dirt, etc., especially for keeping things clean between more thorough cleanings. The wet pads are not the best; a conventional mop or powered Swiffer would probably be better for wet messes. This sweeper definitely functions better as a dry sweeper. Overall, a good product to have around the house to keep floors from getting too dirty from day-to-day.

Good, but not enough

Easy to use, but works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer sweeper is so easy to use, my 6 year old now routinely sweeps and mops our tile floors. Both the dry and wet cloths work quite well and are easy to attach and detach. The dry cloth picks up an incredible amount of dirt and dust before needing to be changed, and the wet cloth gets the floors squeaky clean. If your floors have very sticky messes, be aware that you'll have to use a little more elbow grease that with a traditional wet mop. Again, it's not much more, as I can vouch that a 6 year old can accomplish bright and shiny floors with this easy to use product.

Swiffer works great for small spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first used my swiffer, I intended to mop my the entire tile floor of my great room. After having to change the pads too quickly, (I used two on 3/4s of the room, it would've taken me three to do the whole room) I realized these are best for smaller jobs. For example, I used the swiffer to clean the area around my dogs' food dishes. It worked well for the nooks and tight corners. I also found it was a great way to dust around the baseboards. It handled well to be able to do that.

Love the new improved Sweeper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Swiffer products in the past and felt the idea was great but the product did not live up to the hype. Often the products felt cheap or broke within a few uses. I was eager to try the new Swiffer Dry + Wet and see if there was a difference. I'm happy to say there is! The sweeper itself is more flexible and maneuverable then it's predecessor. The handle is more sturdy and doesn't bend, but still remains lightweight. I really love how the dry sweeper pad gets under low furniture and picks up all the cat hair and dust. The wet pad is very saturated and was able to handle a large area (Kitchen, dining room and small living area). I also tried the wet pad all by itself without sweeping first to see it's pick up power. It did fairly well, but did leave "rolls" of lint on the floor. I guess I can't be lazy and skip that step. I would definitely recommend this product if solely for the ease of getting at the dirt under furniture.

Swiffer Wet/Dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer makes good products and the Swiffer Wet/Dry is no different. While this doesn't replace a traditional mop, especially if you have a lot of area to cover, this is a good system for in between deep cleanings, use in specific spaces, or to clean up messes. Swiffer continues to make quality products.

Goodbye Dust & Dirt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most can agree that the kitchen is the most used room in the house. Ours is! We eat, socialize and homeschool in our kitchen so when we decided to do a complete renovation of our kitchen while still maintaining the above noted activities it was a huge effort to keep the kitchen floor clean. That's where the Swiffer Sweeper jumped in to save the day. Drywall dust, tracked in dirt, sawdust....you name it, was happening in my kitchen daily for 3 weeks. Sweeping the floor with a regular broom gets rid of big stuff but doesn't do much for dust and dirt. The Swiffer Sweeper Dry Cloths pick up particles which cling to the cloth instead of getting moved around the floor or launched back into the air and the Wet Cloths actually clean the floor. So much faster than filling up a bucket of water & cleaning detergent, mopping and then putting all that away. I was able to keep on top of the floor cleanliness everyday (sometimes several times a day) with my Swiffer Sweeper Dry and Wet cloths. Now that the dirty part of our kitchen renovations are done my Swiffer Sweeper keeps the floor clean by easily picking up dog hair, food crumbs and tracked in dirt everyday. Did I mention that the Swiffer Sweeper is so light and easy to use that my 6 year old twins have added 'cleaning the kitchen floor' to their chore charts....

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as the Swiffer arrived, it's been a great addition to our cleaning supplies. My 8 year old opened the box and put it together (of course it was only two of the long pieces so I had to add another one when I went to use it) but it was the perfect size for her. She went around the house cleaning the floor. Then she wanted to use the wet cloths and clean the bathroom!!! My 12 year old also wanted to use it. When it was finally my turn, I was pleasantly surprised by how much dog hair was on the bottom. This product is great and has many uses around the house. I highly recommend the Swiffer sweeper!!
