I couldn't believe how well it worked!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neglected house was due for a deep cleaning, so while my family and friends were out hitting the sales on Black Friday, I got to business cleaning. My usual go-to for my recently installed vinyl laminate floors is a steam mop, but I added a new tool this time: a Swiffer Sweeper. I used the dry cloth first and cleaned under my sectional sofa, without having to move any of the heavy furniture. I was glad I did this alone, because I coudn't believe how much dust and dirt was living under there! I switched to a wet cloth for my main bathroom. The swivel-head allowed me to reach all the nooks and crannies, especially behind the toilet where my steam mop could never go. It was so fast and simple. There was plenty of "use" left on the pad, so I continued on to clean my laundry room, my kitchen and part of my large family room. I pulled out my steam mop and finished the house. Hours later, I was relaxing in front of the TV and noticed that my floors appeared to have two finishes. The area that I cleaned with the Swiffer Sweeper was shinier and had resisted my little dog's pawprints. The area cleaned with my old mop did not look nearly as clean....with a dull finish and lots of pawprints. I had planned to use the Swiffer Sweeper for quick clean ups, but it is going to be coming out on a regular basis now! I couldn't believe how well it worked!

This product definitely replaces the mop and broom in my house. With my long hair shedding everywhere it's great for picking up what the broom "tries" to sweep away! We have two dogs. Swiffer makes life so much easier, I don't have pull the vacuum out all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I like the Swiffer Sweeper DRY clothes better than the wet. The dry pick up dust, particles, hair, and the static actually make all that stick to the dry swiffer to just throw out the pad.. Super easy and takes no time at all. The wet swiffer smells good, however, the wetness only did half of my floor - note my floor is not that big. Also, I feel like the wet swiffer is just pushing around the dirt and not actually cleaning it seeing everything sticks to the wet pad. I used the one one pad, then went over everything with another wet pad.

My maid loved it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I left it out for my maid to use yesterday. She called me and thanked me for the new Swiffer. She said it was outstanding and made the job on my house much easier than her traditional method. The house is 2,300 sqft, so it has quite a bit of flooring with zero carpet.
She said that it moved swiftly & smoothly on the floor and didn't tear up like she was worried the disposable pad would do. She also said she liked the smell of it. She asked me to buy more pads in 2 weeks because she will go through the 10 pads it came with by then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best cleaning product I have tried by far! The kit came with the Swiffee Sweeper and plenty of dry and wet cleaning cloths! I love the versatility of this product because I can use it when I just need to sweep up the floor or when I need to mop up a spill. It even makes it easier when you need to sweep them mop all with one product. The wet cloths smell so great and leave my house looking so clean! The setup was so easy and storage is a breeze! Overall I'm so so pleased with my Swiffer Sweeper!! I would recommend this to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new swiffer and reviewing it. I love it in the kitchen, anything that picks up golden retriever hair is a win! I use the wet wipes for those muddy rainy days instead of dragging out the mop. I also love it for quick cleanups in the bathrooms, just change the pad for each bathroom and I'm done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly wanted to love this and the dry part I totally do but the wet cloth was disappointing. The dry cloth picked up all the little pieces of lint, car hair off my kitchen floors it was great my issue was the wet cloth didn't clean as well as I wanted it to. I had to use 2 of the wet cloths (we aren't that dirty lol) to get the clean floor I wanted. I enjoyed the ease of putting the swifter together it is very easy to put together as well as take apart and store. All and all it is great as a broom not the best as a mop.

Easy assembly, sub-par cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Swiffer Sweeper, and was excited to check out whether it would help with the day-to-day cleaning of my house.
I give the Swiffer a big thumbs up on its packaging and ease of assembly. There wasn't too much wasteful packaging material, and fitting all the pieces of the Sweeper together was quick and simple. I will also say that the construction of the unit felt relatively solid, where I wasn't afraid of it easily breaking under normal use conditions.
My big challenge with the Sweeper is its relatively lackluster cleaning ability. I pride myself on having a clean home, despite having two larger dogs that obviously shed a fair measure. When I used the "duster" pads, I felt like the Sweeper did well for a few pushes and collected the dust and hair well. After these first few pushes, I felt like all I was doing is pushing around dust and hair, because the pad would not collect more dust/hair. I took this as a sign to swap out the dusty pad with a new pad, and continued this process of marginal cleaning, and swapping in a new dust pad. Four pads later, I felt like I adequately cleaned ONE room of my house, which felt like an absolute waste of material (so many used dust pads that will now fill up my trash). Frankly, I would much rather use my traditional broom and dust pan because then I'm not feeling like I've been so wasteful.
Not to make this review TOO long, I feel like I had a similar experience with the wet mopping pads. I got some initial, decent cleaning out of the pad, but felt like I was constantly needing new pads at a rate that felt wasteful.
All-in-all, I would have a tough time recommending this product to someone that has a larger home to clean. I also feel like I would not recommend this product to someone with pets, because the cleaning capability just simply won't match that of a good broom and vacuum combination. I do still applaud the Sweeper's ease of assembly and packaging, but that's the only reason I gave this product more than one star.
