One good, one bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the dry cloth portion of the kit, I hated the wet cloth. I swept my floor with a broom to see if the swiffer made a difference over my broom. It was awesome! The dry cloth picked up so much dog hair, I couldn't believe it! Then I went over my floors with the wet cloth. First of all, the wet cloth was so Saturated that it dripped all over me. Secondly, I had to push the wet cloth into the tabs to secure it in place, getting the liquid all over my hands. Thirdly, after cleaning up after the wet mess, I mpopped my floors only to have to do it again with my regular cleaner. The wet cloth left a sticky mess all over my floors. Even after drying, every step was loud from my shoes sticking to the 'clean' floor. I absolutely hated it. I'll continue with the dry cloths, but the wet are going in the trash.

Love Swiffer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of Swiffer! We have a dog who sheds A LOT and a toddler, so I'm constantly cleaning the kitchen floor. First, I use the dry cloth to pick up as much fur as possible, and then I use the wet cloth to get the rest and clean the toddler's most recent mess. The dry cloths work by static, so they are really good at pickup up fur and dust. The wet ones have a scrubber edge which is amazing for getting up sticky spots and dried food. My favorite part of using a Swiffer versus a broom is that I don't have to bend down to use a dustpan. I just sweep, drop the dirty dry cloth in the trash, scrub, and then drop the dirty wet cloth in the trash! Granted, these won't clean up Cheerios that have spilled on the floor, but that's what the dog is for!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the product. It is easy to use, easy to store and does a great job. The dry cloth really traps the dirt and leaves the floor ready for the finishing touch. After the wet cloth my floor was shining. The clothes are easy to put on and the unit is easy to store. It only took one pass to do each of the steps. I definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new Swiffer mop. The new version has a nice sturdy metal handle and it is much longer than the older version. Same old wonderful Swiffer with some great improvements.

Decent but not Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have deep dark wood floors, everything shows! The swiffer sweeper that was provided did good but the sheets do not last very long. Once they collect a lot of dog hair, dirt, I find I have to scrub very hard to get it to clean the floor. It did well for a high over view of the floor, but I had to go back with a spray to keep the pad moist to continue to clean and push hard for it to get a good clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter kit is a must have for pet owners. I have two large dogs in my home. I can sweep daily and there is still hair floating around. In fact, to test the Swiffer, I swept and dust mopped just as I normally do. Then I went over all of the floors with the Swiffer Dry and Swiffer Wet. It was AMAZING at how much more dirt and hair the Swiffer clothes picked up. I do recommend sweeping first, especially with pets. The Swiffer Wet pads leave a nice clean scent and the scraping edge does get tough stuff off the floors.

Handy item to have around the house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the swiffer easy to put together and to use. Today is the morning for after Thanksgiving clean up and it was a great 1st step in the cleaning process. I used it for a quick first sweep and it picked up most of the dust and little food scraps that the grandkids left around. By using it by angling it to the narrow side it worked wonders getting stuff from right underneath the appliances such as the stove and refrigerator (you dont want to know what it found, lol). It was lightenought as well to grap those pesky dust bunnies hiding in the ceiling corners. I used the wet pads in the bathroom and it worked great getting around all the small spaces behind bowl and around sink. It's nice and lightweight but sturdy at the same time, and easy to store. While I don't thing you can use it for heavy cleaning it works well as a quick grab and clean

Convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of duster pads for my hard floors. None of them are perfect, but I like them for convenience. It's so easy to grab a swiffer duster and pick up all the dog and cat hair. I really like the new handle and pad because it is larger and softer and can get into the ridges and corners better.
The wet pads are nice for a quick clean up. They are plenty wet and leave the room smelling fresh and clean.
