[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product is great. I am a big fan of Swiffer cleaning products anyway because they are high quality and easy to use. I used my sweeper several times on my hardwood and tile floors and it worked great. It picked up cat hair and dust and was easy to maneuver into corners and along the wallboards. The cleaning cloths did a great job of getting rid of stains and marks on the floors. They made the wood and tile sparkle with minimal effort on my part. I would definitely recommend this product and will definitely keep on using it. It doesn't even seem like a chore to use and keeps my house looking good!

The Swiffer Wet Jet Better Meets My Needs
on November 22, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a one-bedroom apartment in NYC, with hardwood floors and tile throughout. Before trying this product, we had long used a Swiffer Wet Jet for weekly floor cleaning. I'd never before tried a "dry" Swiffer product.
The "dry" feature just did not work for me. I have long hair, and "shed" A LOT, so the primary reason I sweep/vacuum is to pick up hair. The Swiffer cloth just isn't powerful enough to control my hair. It does pick up a fair amount of dust, which is cool, but I still had to vacuum afterward to get the hairballs up.
The wet feature worked well -- I like the convenience of the Swiffer system as opposed to a mop and bucket. But it doesn't seem to get the floor as clean as my Wet Jet. Or maybe I'm just partial to the smell of the Wet Jet cleaner.
Overall, I'd say this product does what it claims -- but just isn't a great fit for someone, like me, who needs to pick up lots of long hair off the floor. Maybe it works better for shorter hair and/or pet hair?

Nasty floor now clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Sweeeper Base Starter Kit came at the right time. My floors needed to be cleaned really bad, they were nasty. So out came the kit. I put it together quickly, I had an old Swiffer (pretty much the first model) and it immediately felt sturdier than that model, that one went in the trash.
Then I cleaned my floors, they went from gross to clean. The Swiffer Wet did not pick up the dust that the Swiffer dry didn't pick up around the garbage can and refrigerator, but all in all it's pretty clean.

Makes cleaning hardwood floors so easy but dries out quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have about 1000 sq feet of hardwood floors on the first floor of our home, and because I hate cleaning the floors, we pay for a housekeeper once to twice a month to come clean. I also have a young toddler, and a small dog so between the 2 of them, I definitely need someone to clean our floors frequently.
Having the swiffer sweeper wet and dry made it super quick for me to clean them myself. First, the dry cloth was amazing, it picked up way more than the regular sweeping with a broom, and is so much lighter than dragging a vacuum around. I absolutely love the dry cloth. After the floors were prepped with the dry cloth, I used the wet cloth and was able to scrub up spots on the hardwood that my housekeeper missed. It's easy to use and I love the scent. My only cons are that 1) I wish it were wider at the base, and 2) the wet portion dried up very quickly. I went through all 3 sheets of the wet cloth before our first floor was cleaned.
Ultimately though, it saved so much time, and is so much cheaper than hiring a housekeeper multiple times a month. I will definitely be using the swiffer sweeper dry and wet kit in the future!

Great for a quick clean up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for a quick tidy up when you are going to have company or just want a quick clean. It was very simple to assemble and easy to use. The duster does fabulous picking up cat hair but does not pick up kitty litter (not that I expected it to). It does very well picking up dirt as well. In fact I think it does better picking up the dirt than a broom and dust pan if you have a lot of pet hair in your house. For the Swiffer wipes, I think they smell great and work well in a small area, per wipe. They dry out pretty quickly and it took about 3 wipes to clean the tile in my house very lightly. I have a lot of carpet in my house so I'm guessing its only about 500 sqtf that needed to be cleaned with the wipes. I think they did a good job cleaning though. If you need a really good deep clean, I think a mop would do a better job. But for quick jobs this is perfect and will save you time.

Swiffer sweeper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the swiffer sweeper dry plus wet. The kit came with a super easy to assemble sweeper, 7 dry cloths, and 3 wet cloths. I used mine on tile as well as wood laminate floors. I thought the product worked perfectly. I didn't see any dirt or hair from my dog left after using the dry cloth, everything seemed to stick to it. If there was anything there surely wasn't any left after using the wet cloth. The smell was pleasant and not overbearing. I would purchase this product for the right price. Bottom line was it was easy to assemble and worked very well. I plan on using it again.

Great For Small Areas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I easily put my Swiffer together and tried it out. Thankfully it only took a minute and was intuitive. The hardest part was putting the pads on the head of the Swiffer and even that was simple. The wet pad smells great and cleans thoroughly. I found that the wet pad did not last very long on my tile floor and needed to be replaced after cleaning my small kitchen. It was great for spot cleaning. My husband saw me using it and wanted to try it. He liked it too! I would use this product to clean small spaces instead of taking out my steam cleaner.
