The one thing I'd bring to a deserted island...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, you got me... that might be overkill, but the Swiffer Wet Jet Starter Kit is an essential for anyone with a kitchen or a child or a pet or even if you live alone, this product is a lifesaver. it is so easy to use, doesn't involve a mess and actually leaves the floor looking and smelling clean. if you are still using a mop and a bucket, you owe it to yourself to give the Swiffer Wet Jet a try.
you may actually find yourself starting to drop and spill things on purpose, just so you have an opportunity to use the Swiffer. :)

It was worth the risk...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being the risky guy that I am, I gave my wife the Swiffer Wet Jet Starter Kit. Words cannot explain her initial reaction to being given a mop as a present. However, after things calmed down, I explained how this was SO MUCH MORE than a mop... it is a Swiffer. The pads were a great invention, the ABSORB + LOCK STRIP helps trap dirt & grime deep in pad, and the spray is built right into the mop. It actually makes cleaning fun, so much so that my kids actually fight for the chore of mopping the kitchen.

Great for wood floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that one of the cleaning solutions is for wood floors. We have them throughout the house and the only other product I have used is Bona system, and there pads do not have a scrubbing strip, which I love with this system. Plus just being able to spray a small amount out at a time on the floor is great. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, was I wish it has a wasable mop pad. I think on a large house, buying refill pads could get costly. But for now, I am happy with the wet jet. It really does get the dirt and grime out, while being gentle on wood floors. I love the refill that has Febreeze. Makes my bathroom tile floors smell great!

Love at first sight

1. Convenience- for a small or large clean up, the swiffer is ready to go right away. No filling up mop buckets, measuring out soap, dragging it around with you..... simply squirt and go. Especially for a quick clean up, this is ideal.
2. Lightweight- the mop is easy to push on the floors and bring up or down stairs. No worry of mop buckets splashing around, or a drippy mop.
3. Easy to maintain- I see the refills everywhere from supermarkets to drug stores.

This product makes me actually want to clean my floors, instead of avoiding it like the plague. The lightweight low profile mop is easy to store ( I hang it on the wall in my laundry room). It does a great job on hardwood and tile, and I love looking at the mop pad to see how much dirt I cleaned up!

Takes a lickin' keeps on cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still using the swiffer wet jet and it keeps cleaning like a champ. Changing out the cleaning clothes is a snap and so is refilling the cleaner. No more dealing with a stinky gross reusable mop bottom either. Does a great job on my tile floors.

Swifter Wet Jet Wood Starter Kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to try out the Swiffer Wet Jet Starter Kit. Assembly was easier than expected, it took me only a few minutes to get it all together and start cleaning! All I had to do was snap the handle into the body of the unit and it astonishingly stayed securely in place. The padding was simply a breeze to attach and then I inserted batteries and clicked in the bottle of cleaning solution. The button to release the cleaning liquid is in a perfect location. The Swiffer itself is very sturdy without being heavy. It was very easy to maneuver about my hard surface floors. One of the things I disliked about using a mop is that I feel like I was moving dirt and grime from place to place, not really cleaning the floors. I feel like the Swiffer Wet Jet is more hygienic when it comes to cleaning my floors. I also like the fact that I do not have to clean and wring out the mop after cleaning the floor, all I have to do is take off the pad and throw it in the trashcan. Additionally, when it comes to the kids spilling things in the floor this time saver makes life a lot easier. In our home we have mostly hardwood floors and some tile and I was surprised by how fast the wet floors dried. That was an unforeseen bonus. Lastly, I loved the glossy clean shine my floors exuded! I give this product two thumbs up! I cannot imagine going back to using a mop after using this godsend. I would positively recommend this product to anyone.
