Swiffer Wet Jet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first thoughts of the Swiffer Wet Jet was "Awesome, an easier way to mop the kitchen and bathroom floors!" I was wrong, while the Swiffer Wet Jet works for quick clean ups and spills, it doesn't work very well at doing a thorough cleaning of my floors. I do like the attached bottle of clean, which means I don't have to fill and carry a bucket around, and it works great for cleaning up a spill that just happened. However, having kids, a lot of spills are found later and most have turned into a sticky mess. The Swiffer Wet Jet doesn't work good for this type of clean-up, which is the reason I personally would use it for. With that being said, it works great for quick clean-ups, but if you have kids, don't throw out your mop and bucket.

Perfect even on Hardwood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was really scared to have me try this on our hardwood floors. He's kind of a floor snob and uses these expensive floor cleaners. We have a really dark, oak color floor made out of bamboo. Usually we use a regular Swiffer and then get on my hands and knees and clean with a microfiber cloth and floor cleaner. When I had the opportunity to try the Wet Jet, I thought why not. It's free to try. We got it in and it came with the entire set up including the pads and liquid. The liquid has a nice, clean smell and the pads feel well made. We tried it on a tiny spot first to see if it would mark the floor and it didn't. Then he let me try it on a larger spot. Then I did the whole floor. WOW! I feel like this cleaned better than his weird, expensive cleaners. It's real light weight, the smell isn't crazy harsh and it's so easy to use. The floors look like they did when we first had them installed. I'll keep using these! Very excited to have gotten the opportunity to try this for free. The other nice thing is, you can throw the pads right away. I've tried the washable ones before and they don't work after awhile. I'll have to see if they are ok to throw away though or maybe see if there's something more earth friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With two large dogs, German Shepherd and Great Dane, hair is a major issue. One long, the other short. Using the Swifter is a world away from a broom or dust mop. I am loving how easy it is to sweep up the floors twice a day to keep the hair down! It clings to the damp wipe instead of flying around as you are sweeping, making the job quick and easy. Who knew it could be this easy to touch up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The swifter jet is such an amazing product. It is so easy to use even the kids are excited to clean the kitchen with it. This product does such an amazing job we got rid of our mop and bucket as they are no longer needed.

Works on vinal floors

Great product for cleaning and touch ups!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stiffer is an easy to use product for cleaning of your floor. I was familiar with Swiffer wet wipes type of floor cleaner that I have used in the past, but those cleaning cloths would always get dry too quickly while cleaning larger areas . This is where the wet jet product is an awesome improvement. You can add more cleaning liquid and keep on wiping as long as you feel that the cleaning cloth is still clean! I used this product to clean our bathroom floor and it worked well leaving our tiled floor shiny and smelling fresh. Our living room hardwood was more challenging since our living room is huge, about 20 by 25 feet. I think I will still use regular mop for such area or I will use at least 3-4 pads to finish cleaning. But the absolute best use of this product is in the kitchen, where I use it daily to maintain out hardwood floor shiny. I am a neat freak and seeing small spots on the kitchen floor always drives me crazy. I try to keep it clean but my two kids and a dog practically live in the kitchen. So there is a lot of traffic. This is why the wet jet works wonders! I can spot clean small spills and leave the cleaning system near by, no need to get a bucket or even change the cleaning cloth every time, since I just wipe the small spills as I Go!

Great for quick clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I will be using this for a long time. I like that it is quick to grab. It is light weight and really does the trick. I work full time and like clean floors, however I don't have time to always get vinegar, water, and my mop out. I feel like this Swifter makes is soooo much easier. I took a picture of my floors to show you how shiny they look after I used the swifter mop system. If you want to make your life easier when it comes to cleaning, grab this product.

Simply Amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the neatest little mop ever!! I was amazed at how easy it was to put together. Everything you needed was included in the box, even batteries!! The Swiffer glided effortlessly across my floors and I could not believe how much dirt was on the pad once I finished mopping. The best part was there was no mess to clean up afterwards. I just peeled the little pad off and threw it away. The solution is self contained in the mop so there was no sink or bucket to drain. I love the Swiffer and will continue using it in my home.
