[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying that I've tried practically every floor cleaning system out there, from mops to steam cleaners to the Hoover Floormate. None of them were very effective and most were messy and laborious.
I finally tried the Swiffer WetJet starter kit. It was very easy to put together; just put the pieces together to make the handle; insert the 4AA batteries; put in the bottle of cleaning solution and attach the cleaning pad. It takes all of 5 minutes to get started. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked and how easy it was. You just squeeze the trigger to spray cleaning fluid in front of the mop and the pad does a great job of picking up dirt. When the pad gets dirty, you just pull off the pad and throw it away, no mess and the floor dries quickly. This is going to be my floor cleaning tool from now on.

Meh, not bad but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The swifter wet jet is ok, if its your only option. It left my floor mostly clean, however, it was much more wet than with other options in my closet. The cleaning pad was definitely dirty after cleaning, and it held the cleaning solution in it, however, there was a lot of solution left on my floor. I am not a huge fan of having to use the solution provided, I prefer options depending on the floor surface I am cleaning. The smell of the solution is good (not too strong) and it does clean well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Swiffer Wet Jet Starter Kit that came with cleaner for my hardwood floor. Cleaning my floors is a pain, I have 2 pets, so I feel like I am always sweeping and cleaning behind them. I found this kit to be helpful when my dog runs in side with muddy paws. It is quick, easy to set up, and easy to toss out the used pads and put away.
I decided to use the Wet Jet for my pre Thanksgiving clean up. I could put it to the test when I want my home to look its cleanest. What I dicovered was, when it comes to a good deep clean, this Wet Jet is not a good fit. It more moves the dirt around, without a place to put it. With a mop, I could rinse it off inbetween to help pick up what my broom left behind. When I used the wet jet, I found myself going over with a paper towel to do that job.
I will keep the Wet Jet around for those quick cleanups, and daily post cooking messes, but I would not recommend it for my weekly mop to get my home to a sparkling clean.

Love the WetJet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Wetjet is a necessity in my house. I have 3 kids and 2 dogs so we know messes around here. It's so much easier to get out the Wetjet and clean up a mess in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Swiffer Cleaning ability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the product is great! As a mother of two, I have spots on my floor that require a little 'additional' help. The mop is portable, easy to handle, and cleans very well. The best results require you to sweep the floor first.
I have also let my 9 year old mop the floor as well. He also thought it was easy to use...lol

No sticky residue either which is a pet peeve of mine. I absolutely recommend the swiffer wet jet. Perfect gift for a newly wed or college student!

Great Product for Someone Who Doesn't Like to Spend A Lot Of Time Cleaning!

I like to have a clean house, but I don't like to spend a lot of time cleaning.
Because everything you need is contained in this product, it makes cleaning your wood floor a breeze! The cleaning solution fits into the mopper pole(no buckets to empty!) and the mopping pads are disposible(no wringing!).
The solution has a pleasant, but not over powering scent. I am very pleased with this product. After seeing the dirty pads it is evident that it really works.

Best Mop Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is the best mop ever. I received it in the mail and to my surprise it was so easy to assemble and put together. I used it on my floor in the kitchen and bathrooms and they look so clean. And it is so easy to use. Best thing about it is there is no mop buckets or cleaning your mop pads. When it gets dirty just take the dirty one off and put a new one on. So simple and easy. I love how clean the solution gets my floors and it smells so clean. You just have to give the Swiffer Wet Jet Starter Kit a try.
