Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in a house with three young boys and lots of tile/laminate flooring the swiffer wet jet gets the job done. We use it almost every day and even my 9 and 6 year old can handle it. I only wish I didn't need to sweep up the larger stuff first making this a two step process, but it really keeps my floors looking awesome.

Prefer to hand wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a fairly easy assembly I was excited to try the Wet Jet Extra Power Mop. I set out to my back hallway, which is the highest traffic area. I first swept then vacuumed, then got to work with the Swiffer Wet Jet. Now I normally hand wash the floors so I started in the corner. Big mistake because I sprayed a large concentration of cleaning solution in a hard to reach area for the mop. I felt like I was twisting and turning to get the mop in the corner. Then, because I was really trying to scrub, I kept accidentally hitting the spray button. I became frustrated, grabbed a rag and wiped away all the excess cleaning solution. I learned my lesson and went to a larger space, sprayed then mopped. I felt like I was pushing a piece of paper around the floor. I picked it up expecting the pad to be dark with dirt, but no such luck. I again came through with a rag and had a much better result. In conclusion, I was not impressed with the power or cleaning ability of the mop, but I do think the cleaning solution did a decent job...as long as I hand washed with a rag.

Like it, but it won't be my only floor cleaning method

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very easy to assemble and was ready to use within minutes. I have now used this on laminate tiles, which are grouted and hardwood floors, and it worked well on both. I was a little nervous about using it on my hardwoods, but I really didn't have anything to worry about. I was pretty impressed out the cleaning solution jets out evenly, and the dirt picks right up. My hardwood floors are textured, so I didn't need to worry about any streaks showing as other reviewers have stated. I'm still a big believer getting the corners, so I don't see this replacing the occasional hand scrubbing, but this is nice for quick clean ups.

A must try product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product exceeded my expectations and I would use it as a daily cleaner. It was very easy to assemble (didn’t even have to look at the directions). I really liked that there were dual sprays, as I have used products in the past that only have one spray and tend to get clogged easily. The smell of the cleaning product was very delightful and the pads seemed to hold up very well. We used one for about 800 square feet before changing to a new pad.

Finally clean floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I moved in January of this year and have such large square footage so it we haven't mopped or cleaning the floors since we moved in. Maybe out of laziness, maybe just cause we knew how hard the job was before. The swiffer was easy to put together and even easier to use! I love how it sprays out just the right amount of cleaning solution with each press. Though the downside it I would randomly press the button by mistake. I'm super happy to have received this product and will continue using it in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Wet Jet Wood Starter Kit is a good alternative to more exhaustive measures to clean the wood floors of my house. I would not consider it to be a deep cleaner but more of an every week cleaner. It is fairly intuitive to use and doesn't require much physical labor to get the desired effect. Like other Swiffer cleaning products, it doesn't revolutionize how I clean, but it does do it better than most other products.

I hate pulling out a bucket and mop to clean my floors so they don't get done as often as they should. With the Swiffer Wet Jet cleanup is effortless. Would highly recommend.

Great for pet messes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grabbed the Swiffer Wet Jet for a pet accident. It did a WONDERFUL job!! So quick, so easy, no backbreaking lifting a bucket of dirty water or chasing a sloppy mop around the floor. Wet Jet cleaned up the mess in a jiffy and I just tossed the pad-my hands NEVER touched anything gross!! The cleaning solution leaves the nicest subtle smell, so I didn't even have to worry about my Thanksgiving guests smelling anything other than turkey!! I am loving this Wet Jet!!
