Solid, easy to install

I am a fairly handy person willing to try anything before calling the service man. Item is large and heavy so you may need to ask for help to carry to install location. Read the instrucions first before install and it will be an easy process. Unit has worked great in our 3rd floor "attic" space. Cools through blistering summers and is now warming the space with no issues in the start of our winter here. So far, seems like a great combo unit for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!
